Dwayne was the pastor who founded at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he was ordained in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne is driven to train the next generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of several online publications and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). His wife Leslie has three children.
